    1. Log on to our happyhaulerph.com.

    2. To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Cart’ with your desired quantity.

    3. To review your items, click on the 'Cart' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.

    4. If you have an applicable ‘Promo Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.When you're ready to place your order.

    5. Click on ‘Secure Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review.

    6. Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
  2. PAYMENT
    We accept credit/debit card payments via Paypal, OTC and online bank transfer through our BPI, BDO or Security Bank account and remittances via Gcash, Palawan or Cebuana.

    For bank transfer and remittance payment, please send your receipt or screenshot along with your ORDER NUMBER at [email protected] or use our image uploader found at our page’s footer.
  3. CASH ON DELIVERY & REGULAR SHIPPING

    Yes, we now offer COD nationwide via our reliable couriers. Rates start at 80php.

  4. SHIPPING

    Once we have received your order, we will automatically ship them the next business day. Allow 2-3 days for within Metro Manila / Davao city orders and within 7 days for outside Metro Manila / Davao addresses. Tracking #s will be sent via sms as well. Anticipate delays during these trying times however feel free to reach us for any immediate concerns.

  5. REFUNDS, RETURN & EXCHANGE
    Happy Hauler Ph allows for returns and exchanges if you've changed your mind about a product.

    All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 7-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
